When outlets and lights in your home are not working, this is often due to a poor wire connection somewhere on the circuit. It is called an "open." But to be sure whether your problem is an open, and to find where a loose wire may need repair, you can look over the Diagnostic flowchart. Or if you are more of a step-by-step person, you can just answer the following yes/no questions.
